We calculate the commission based on services that have been actually paid for (excluding government fees and application charges).

How the Program Works

For the Partner

  1. You receive a personal partner code.
  2. You share it with a person (via message / stories / in person) or send us the client’s contact details directly.
  3. After the client makes a payment, you receive a 15% commission.

For the Client

  1. Contacts us in any convenient way.
  2. Enters the partner code in our form when ordering a service.
  3. We conduct a consultation, sign a contract, and begin the support process.

Commission Rate and Payout Terms

15%

15% of paid services (net price).
The commission is calculated only after actual payment is received.

The payout is one-time per client.

If the payment is split into installments, 15% is calculated from each installment until the client fully pays for our services.

Example

If the service costs 2000 zł
your payout is 300 zł.

Program Terms

A client is considered yours if they enter your partner code before the first payment / before signing the contract. We record this in our CRM system.

If the client forgets to enter the partner code, contact us — we can assign the client to you within a short time after the first contact.

The settlement process is as follows: we confirm the amounts → you issue an invoice / faktura (depending on your status) → we make the payment within the standard timeframe after receiving a correct document.

When will I receive my first payout?
After the client has paid for the services (upon actual receipt of payment).
How often do you make payouts?
Based on a summary report. We usually close commissions on a regular basis so it’s convenient for you to issue documents and receive payment.
How is the 15% calculated?
The 15% is calculated from the cost of our services (netto). Government fees, translations, notary fees, and other third-party payments are not included in the calculation.
Are these lifetime payments, like in accounting subscriptions?

No. Legalization is a project-based service, so the payout is one-time per case.
If the client pays in installments, you receive a percentage from each installment.

How do I know the client is assigned to me?
We record the partner code in our CRM system and confirm to you that the contact is assigned to you.
Which clients do you support?
Temporary residence permits (Karta Pobytu) for work, business, family, etc.; resident status, permanent residence, citizenship, and related immigration document processes.
Can I advertise the services in any way?
Yes, as long as you do not promise “100% guarantees” and avoid any misleading claims.
